Matariki

Kaupapa: This image depicts Matariki - one of the stars that make up the Matariki cluster. Matariki is often referred to as the mother of the eight other stars in the cluster. Matariki is associated with health, wellbeing, and good fortune. It is said that a tohu (sign) of good times to come is when the cluster and the Matariki star are bright and high in the sky.
